At PackSmart Gear, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items damaged due to misuse
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at moneymightstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
