Thank you for shopping with PackSmart Gear.This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders.
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- 🇺🇸 United States: 7–15 business days
- 🇨🇦 Canada: 7–20 business days
- 🇪🇺 Europe: 7–15 business days
- 🇦🇺 Australia / New Zealand: 7–20 business days
- 🌍 Rest of World: 10–25 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Third-Party Fulfilled Orders Some products in our store are fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers. In these cases, your order may be shipped from a different location than our primary warehouse, and tracking updates may take slightly longer to appear. Delivery timeframes remain as stated above.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Within the EU: No customs duties between EU member states.
- Outside the EU: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Incorrect Shipping Information Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days. We will investigate with the carrier and find a solution.
Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage and packaging.
